Main Production Process
As a fountain equipment manufacturer, our production process involves preparing components with the Highspeed Chip Mounter, assembling circuits using the Integrating Sphere, adjusting parameters with the Environment Simulation Test Chamber, and welding with the Solder Paste Printer. Automated assembly and rigorous inspection ensure quality before packing and storage.

Utilizing our Highspeed Chip Mounter, we meticulously place and arrange the necessary components for the drive circuit, ensuring precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
2. Assembly internal circuit
Once the components are prepared, our assembly team employs expertise and our Integrating Sphere to assemble the internal circuitry, guaranteeing seamless integration and optimal functionality.
3. Measure and adjust photoelectric parameters
With our advanced equipment, including the Integrating Sphere and Environment Simulation Test Chamber, we carefully measure and fine-tune the photoelectric parameters to meet the highest standards of performance and quality.
4. Internal weld
Our skilled technicians utilize soldering techniques and equipment to perform internal welding, ensuring secure connections and reliable performance of the assembled components.
5. Assembly finished products
Using automated processes and our Glue Dispensing Machine, we assemble the finished products with precision and accuracy, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the production line.
6. Inspect
Prior to packaging, each product undergoes thorough inspection to ensure adherence to our stringent quality standards. Our inspection process is meticulous, utilizing both manual and automated methods to identify any defects or discrepancies.
7. Packing and storage
Finally, our products are carefully packed and stored in our facilities, ready for distribution to our valued customers. Our packing process is designed to protect the integrity of the products during transportation and storage, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
